Payment Pricing & Promotions
Products displayed on the site are in NZD include 15% GST. These items can be purchased using Paypal a secure online Mastercard and Visa, transaction facility we also offer a direct to our bank account option.
If you are ordering from outside New Zealand the charge to your card will be in NZD and your bank or credit card provider will determine the current exchange rate when you complete the transaction. We take no responsibility for the final amount charged to your credit card, including any bank fees charged. Contact your bank or credit card provider for details.
You are responsible for any other taxes, duties or other liabilities imposed by any government agency in your country, including without limitation any customs duty, goods and services taxes or any value added tax imposed on any product or service acquired or ordered by you via our website.
You agree that where you acquire goods and services from us for the purpose of your business, any provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which would otherwise apply to the supply by us of those goods and services, do not apply.
We will make every effort to ensure the descriptions and prices for the goods and services shown on the online ordering service are accurate and up-to-date. However, we reserve the right to adjust the actual price charged if the prices shown are incorrect, and to vary our prices and product descriptions at any time and without notice.
Prices are current at the time of display on our website, but may change at any time and all orders are subject to availability of products in stock.
12 Month Warranty:
Sacred-NZ jewellery is designed & handcrafted with great care. We use the best natural materials including solid sterling silver, greenstone & Paua create our New Zealand inspired sacred designs.
Products with leather, magnets, cotton, hand painted metals, elastic or string components have a warranty of 4 months.
This warranty covers manufacturing faults only**
We will only exchange or repair product which we find to be faulty, this doesn’t include tightness of clasps, wrongly ordered sizes, colour varients. We must be informed within 3 days of your receipt of goods if you have a fault or product delivered damaged.
Our warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act
Warranty excludes:
General wear and tear including tarnishing and scratching
Mistreatment of our jewellery: Broken, bent, stretched or scratched product caused by being dropped, pulled, knocked, worn in water or otherwise mistreated
Lost or stolen items:
Unauthorised repair or alteration to the product.
Sacred-nz products are handmade, so slight variations between products and pictures may exist, which include colour variation softness of leather these are natural variants which we don’t considered faults. Products may vary in appearance, colour & size. Tightness of clasps are not considered faults and if you receive an item with your clasp tight please contact us for option to release this or if it has become too loose please do the same.
Minor discrepancies in products
Our products are manufactured by hand; and as such, there may be minor discrepancies between:
the visual appearance of our products as shown on our website, our other promotional materials and as delivered to you all such minor discrepancies are not defects and you release us from all liability in relation to any such minor discrepancies and you further agree that you will make no claims against us in respect of any such minor discrepancies.
Please beware we make a handmade item and colours may vary from the pictures.
Shipping & Delivery
All prices in the shopping areas are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax). All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
If you require an alteration to your product or require to replace your item with another design, colour or size, you will be required to pay for the two way deliveries of your item.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Natural Eco Fur Co Ltd which is not bound to accept any order. No order can be cancelled or varied by you once accepted by Natural Eco Fur Co Ltd
If our products ordered are temporarily unavailable you will be contacted within 3 business day to be advised of the delay.
Our online ordering service is an automated order processing system used to purchase goods and/or services from Sacred-NZ. We will make every effort to fulfil orders placed using this online service but we do not guarantee that the products advertised will always be in stock.
Orders within New Zealand are charged a flat fee of $6.50 per delivery. Items will be delivered via NZ Post. Some orders may be sent with couriers which tracks the goods and they are insured. Rd address in NZ will cost $12. Australian shipping costs will incur $10.50 charge.
Orders from outside New Zealand will be $27 the shipping will be advised separately for each order.
If you complete your order without choosing your shipping option you will be charged this fee separately either via Paypal.com or given our bank account number.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. A confirmation email will also be sent when your order is dispatched.
Products will be sent to your address nominated by you as part of the check-out process on our website. You are responsible for ensuring that your nominated address details are correct.
Sacred-nz is not responsible for any products lost in transit.
Deliveries may be totally or partially suspended during any period in which we or our carriers may be prevented or hindered from delivering by any circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, pandemics or epidemics, lock-outs, storms, stock shortages, accidents, breakdowns of plant or machinery, adverse weather, acts of public authorities, floods and other acts of God.
Returns & Replacements
All products are shipped in good condition. If you receive product that is not as you expected or in damaged condition, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of goods. If you return goods to us, your credit will be able to be used for other purchases on our website.
Please be aware we don't consider a tight clip on your item a faulty good, please contact us for instruction on how to resolve your issues if any. We do test items before we ship.
If you want to return a product to us, contact us for advice about return details.
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. We reserve judgement to receive returns or make replacements on items, depending in specific circumstances.
We will only cover freight for returns on faulty damaged good, we retain the rights to decide if it falls into the faulty category and pictures must be supplied. We will not cover freight for colour variations, wrongly ordered sizes, stolen goods, change of mind. We will not refund on any of the above.
Guarantee Policy
We will meet our obligation under the Consumer Guarantees Act, and if a product is faulty then it may be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase, appropriately packaged. A return name, address and contact telephone number must be supplied, together with the original invoice/receipt.
Provided that the Cleaning and Care Guidelines have been adhered to and the jewellery has not been altered by another jeweller; the company will provide a replacement, or repair (excluding any delivery charges); such choice being at Sacred-NZ’s discretion.
Apart from crediting you the purchase price paid for any goods or services we have been unable to supply or any goods that you have returned in accordance with the paragraph above, to the maximum extent permitted by law we have no liability to you for any loss or damage
(either direct, indirect or consequential, including any loss of profit) suffered by you or any other person as a result of us providing service or any failure or delay in providing this service or the goods or services ordered.

Ordering
Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full is received and we're satisfied with the integrity of the order. Without limiting the Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product or arising from exercising our cancellation rights.
Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us ("your offer").
Order cancellation
We reserve the right not to provide goods or services or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. If you need to cancel an order, please contact SacredNZ immediately. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed.
Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Orders that cannot be cancelled are subject to our policy for Returns.
Delivery
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
We have selected delivery partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date, but dates specified are estimates only.
Please ensure that you fill in the Name & Address and Delivery Address boxes if it is different from the Name & Address & Telephone number previously supplied.
Non-arrival or an order
It is your responsibility to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we lodge enquiries to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. If an item is lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement immediately. Replacement items will be despatched at our discretion.
We are unable give a guaranteed time or day of delivery.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein a) we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery, b) you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order, and c) we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Privacy & Security
Customers can be confident that all of their details are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment. All customer details remain private and no customer information will be shared or sold to a third party.

If any of your account information changes or is incorrect, please contact us with the details.
