Natural Eco Fur Co Ltd is looking to enhance and strengthen the reputation of the 'Wakefield Country Fete' each year held in the talented Tasman region. Feedback last year and this year from fete stallholders and visitors will only improve the event year by year. NOW ON every year.... 2nd January 2024 9am -2.30pm

To ensure that we continue with this successful formula, and to enhance our event even more, we have taken the step of strengthening our application process to ensure that we are able to offer a wide variety of quality garden/horticultural/craft/food related products and services.

Fetes does not automatically guarantee a right of entry.

Hall stall with table supplied @ $50      1.8 x 1m

Number of sites outside hall car park @ $50 (single site 3m x 3m) if you are over this size you must purchase 2 sites.

Number of sites grass park area @ $50 (single site 3m x 3m) if you are over this size you must purchase 2 sites.

Products and services not declared on this application form will only be permitted at the discretion of Natural Eco Fur Co Ltd. All applicants must attach photographs, brochures or other promotional if you are new.

Wakefield Green and Hall is the model venue for a Fete maintained by Wakefield Tasman District Council. Natural Eco Fur Co Ltd would appreciate it if all stallholders taking part in the Wakefield Country Fete made a special effort to leave Wakefield Square in the same superb condition it was in before the installation of their stall. We thank you now in anticipation of your cooperation.

All applicants must fully complete the Application Registration form and submit with payment.

All applications will be considered by the Natural Eco Fur Co Ltd and applicants will be advised of the outcome as soon as possible after we receive your application December.

Weather: The Wakefield Country Fête is an all-weather event and will proceed regardless of weather conditions. Requests for refunds due to adverse weather will not be considered.

This year's Wakefield Country Fete promises to be the best yet, offering visitors a day of rural festivities and traditional entertainment. Featuring live music, craft stalls, and local food, the Fete is the perfect opportunity to embrace the culture of the Wakefield countryside.

Natural Eco fur company Ltd reserves the right of entry.

Applicants should keep in mind that we endeavour to preserve the Wakefield Country Fete as a market for the sale and promotion of quality goods and services of a local artisan nature.

Payment for the requested site is due with this Registration. Natural Eco Fur Co Ltd Acc 06-0817-0297566-00 must include trading name and Ref: FETE SITE

Waste Management: All applicants agree to maintain their site in a clean and tidy condition throughout the Fete. All waste generated by a stall holder is to be removed by the stall holder within two hours of the conclusion of the event. Waste must be taken away by stallholders or placed in the bin provided. Any waste or damage not taken care of will be on charged to the stall holder.

All food waste :Must be contained before dumping. Wheelie Bins provided for the convenience of fete patrons are not to be used for waste generated by stall holders. We thank you in advance for adhering to the conditions set down by TDC and know that you will leave your site in as good a condition as you found it. TDC make a wonderful effort in Wakefield Square and we do request that you don’t walk or place any part of your stall on planted garden areas.

Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations received after 5pm 1st Dec 2023 will only receive a refund at the discretion of Natural Eco Fur Co Ltd.

The Sites: Allocation of sites within the confines of the fête is at the discretion of Natural Eco Fur Co Ltd. Sites do not include any fittings or fixtures. Sites may be on grass, inside hall or hard surfaces so if a tent/marquee is part of your site plan, please consider your options for securing it to the ground. No projections, overhangs, tow bars or other hindrances to adjacent sites, or walkways.

Vehicle Access: Access to Wakefield Square and the surrounding streets will be permitted from 7:00am on Fete day and installation and set up should be completed by 8:30am with vehicles removed by 8:45 am. Vehicle access into Wakefield Square will be limited and we suggest you arrive early (not later than 8.30am) if you need to unload from a vehicle. No heavy vehicles will be permitted access to Wakefield Square gardens at any time. Parking of vehicles is not permitted on the grass. Car parks are available further away from the square to allow punters to visit and park easily.

Promotion: Natural Eco Fur Co Ltd office coordinates a promotional campaign for the Wakefield Country Fête, including local newspapers, car road side signs Nelson signs and Bishopdale for 2 weeks leading up to event, -Eventfinder, https://itson.co.nz/2021/17329-wakefield-country-fete
